LED Technology
While
there are many light therapy devices on the market today, the Rejuvasun spa bed
is unique in several ways. The Rejuvasun spa bed is the first tanning bed to incorporate
an LED (light-emmitting diode) Rejuvenation panel into it's design. The Rejuvasun
LED panel incorporates three different wavelength LED's that have been shown to
assist with skin rejuvenation; yellow, amber and super-red, while other devices
typically only select one wavelength for rejuvenation. And the Rejuvasun spa bed
can be operated with or without the tanning lamps so even people that are not

The
Light Science
The light we see is actually a small portion of the electromagnetic spectrum, or radiation. Radiation moves in a wave-like pattern, measured in nanometers (nm) from the peak of one wave to the peak of the next. Violet light is down around 400nm. Red light is up to 700nm. The other colors of the rainbow lie between them. Infrared (like remote controls use) is above 700nm and Ultra-violet is below 400nm.
Light therapy is not a new

shownthat certain wavelengths of light (colors in visible light) have
restorative
properties when applied to the skin.
* Yellow - thought to assist
